Central Operations Associate

Performs a variety of operational processing duties within Block II of Central Operations for Connexus Credit Union, while providing exceptional service to internal and external members. Examples of key duties contained within the block are: Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing; consumer loan origination processing, including title work and insurance claim processing; negative account processing; report monitoring; and, database updates, etc.

Loan Specialist

This is a Loan Specialist position in the Consumer Lending Department of Connexus Credit Union. This position works closely with members to process loan requests and build/enhance member relationships with the credit union. Primary responsibilities are to recognize loan opportunities and cross-sell credit union products/services to meet individual performance sales goals.

Branch Manager - Eastern Region

Guide and manage Eastern Region branch offices of Connexus Credit Union to deliver exceptional member service while building strong product/service usage to accomplish branch sales goals. Independently and proactively executes quality service to members during account transactions, manages the loan application process and is responsible for opening new accounts. Able to manage a branch independently and execute established policies, procedures and guidelines. Directly responsible for the supervision of branch employee(s).
