The money will typically be received by the corresponding bank or credit union within a few hours. However, if it is sent after 3:30 PM CT, it may not go out until the following morning during normal business hours. Once the money is received by the corresponding bank or credit union, getting the money approved and into the recipient’s account is at the discretion of the corresponding bank or credit union.

You will need the wire instructions from the person receiving it, which includes the name of the receiving financial institution, a routing number for that financial institution, and the recipient’s name, address, and account information.

Yes, but there are certain countries where a wire transfer is not possible. The accepting international bank or credit union must have a receiving U.S. bank or credit union in order for us to process the wire transfer.
