The greatest benefit of Connexus Assist that it’s available 24/7, through text message or Alexa. Get fast answers to your questions and better manage your financial life with just a few taps on your phone or a voice command.
You can access Connexus Assist any time! As long as you have a Connexus Digital Banking account, simply sign into your account through text message or Alexa and you’re good to go.
We take the security of your personal and financial information very seriously. Your accounts through Connexus Assist are connected with your standard login credentials, and all of your information is safely encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Our servers meet the security requirements of the most demanding organizations in the world.
A third party such as Amazon could anonymously store your conversations. However, they do not have access to your financial accounts or your login information. You can delete your SMS conversation history and ask Alexa to delete your last conversation.
You can cancel your service by logging in to your Digital Banking on a desktop computer, going to Settings, choosing Applications, and revoking all tokens from Connexus Assist. You can also cancel via Alexa or text message by asking to log out of all channels. If those options do not work, please call us at 800.845.5025 and we will cancel your service.
Connexus Assist uses the account nicknames you have set up within Digital Banking. These nicknames can be edited by logging in to Digital Banking, going to Settings, and visiting the Accounts section.
