    We’re excited to have you as a new member-owner of our credit union. This page will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.

    How You Became a Connexus Member

    You agreed to become a member of Connexus so we could help finance your recent purchase. Within your financing agreement, you authorized both the assignment of your loan to Connexus and the application of your membership.

    To become a member of any credit union, you must have a savings account. Since credit unions are owned by their members, this account represents your ownership in Connexus Credit Union.

    You will notice your new Connexus Regular Savings Account currently has a balance of $5. That $5 was deposited on your behalf to help you get started as a Connexus Credit Union member.

    Your Next Steps as a Member

    You will soon receive a letter in the mail that includes your member number and account details. Until then, you can take care of the following:

    1. Log in to Digital Banking

    The “Welcome to Connexus” email you received includes a temporary username to access your Connexus Digital Banking account online. Enter your temporary username here to login for the first time.

    2. Set Up Loan Payments with PowerPay

    Though your loan was purchased by Connexus, your loan payments will still be made to PowerPay. to get started.

    Please contact PowerPay if you have questions about your loan terms, rates, payoffs, and standard payments. They can be reached at 866.615.4339 or servicing@gopowerpay.com.

    Do I make loan payments to Connexus or to PowerPay?2019-12-16T15:17:46-06:00

    Your loan payments will be made to PowerPay. Payments can be made online at GoPowerPay.com. There, you can view your loan details, including your recent loan activity, payments, and statements. In addition, payments can be mailed to the following address:

    If you choose not to actively use your Connexus savings account, that’s okay. However, Connexus offers some of the nation’s highest yields and lowest rates. We encourage you to browse our website to see how we could help you more than your current financial institution.

    Will I receive any fees for my Connexus savings account?2019-08-26T09:49:03-06:00

    No, we have waived all savings account fees until your loan balance is paid off.

    Can I close my account and end my Connexus membership?2019-08-26T09:49:49-06:00

    Your Connexus savings account must remain open until your loan balance is paid off. Once the loan is paid off, we will be happy to close your account and send you the remaining balance, if you choose.
