We’re excited to welcome you as a new member-owner of our credit union! This page is designed to provide you with all the important information you need to get started with Connexus, including an explanation of how you became a member, how to access your account, and how to set up payments.

How you became a Connexus member

You recently took out a loan with our partner PatientFi. Within your financing agreement, you authorized your loan to be assigned to Connexus, requiring you to become a credit union member.

To become a member of any credit union, you must have a savings account. Since credit unions are owned by their members, this account represents your ownership in Connexus Credit Union.

You will notice your new Connexus share savings account currently has a balance of $5. That $5 was deposited by PatientFi to help you get started as a Connexus Credit Union member.

Your next steps as a member

You will soon receive a letter in the mail that includes your member number and account details. Until then, you can set up loan payments with PatientFi.

Though your loan was purchased by Connexus, your loan payments will still be made to PatientFi. View your payment options to get started.

All loan payments must be directed to PatientFi. Payments can be made online at PatientFi.youronlineaccount.com. There, you can view loan details including recent loan activity, payments, and statements. In addition, payments can be mailed to the following address:

If you choose not to actively use your Connexus savings account, that’s okay. However, Connexus offers some of the nation’s highest deposit yields and competitive loan rates. Check out our rates.

No, we have waived all savings account fees until your loan balance is paid off.

Your Connexus savings account must remain open until your loan balance is paid off. Once the loan is paid off, we will be happy to close your account and send you the remaining balance, if you choose.
