When you visit the branch of a participating credit union, you may be able to make select transactions, including:Loan paymentsLoan advancesDepositsWithdrawalsMoney ordersCashier’s checksBalance inquiriesHistory printoutsYou cannot open new accounts or take out new loans at Shared Branch locations. These can only be done online, over the phone, or at a Connexus branch. How to use a Shared BranchThis part is easy. First, you have to find a CO-OP Shared Branch. When you arrive, let the teller know you’re a member of Connexus Credit Union, give them your member number, and provide a valid government-issued ID. Once you’re verified, you can perform a number of transactions as if you’re in your hometown branch.
