How to get started

  1. Call 800.845.5025.
  2. To access Telephone Banking, press 1 or say, “telephone banking.” A voice menu or dial pad menu is available for your convenience.
  3. When prompted, enter your member number.
  4. When prompted, enter your access code. NOTE: If this is your first time using Telephone Banking or you don’t remember your access code, you will be prompted to set up a new one.
  5. Listen to the menu prompts and select the transaction/information desired.

Tips for using Telephone Banking

  • Enter monetary amounts in dollars and cents, using the star key (*) as the decimal place.
  • When using the voice menu, speak clearly and avoid using speaker phone.
  • When using the dial pad menu, following each entry with the pound key (#) will expedite your selection.
  • Remember – your member number is different than your checking/saving account numbers.
  • Transfers can be completed to or from any account on which you currently have ownership.

Where can I find my member number?

Your member number is listed on the welcome letter you received in the mail when you opened your account with Connexus. You can also get your member number by calling 800.845.5025.

Can I make loan payments through Telephone Banking?
