Our Connexus Board of Directors is elected by our member-owners to set policies, approve budgets, and ensure the organization’s financial health. With a dedication to the credit union philosophy of “people helping people,” this talented group of individuals advocates for the best interests of our members and employees in each and every decision that they make.

Alita Lobner

Board Chair

Alita Lobner joined the Connexus Board of Directors in 2018. She was previously the Board Secretary for Bull’s Eye Credit Union. Alita’s 27 years of experience at Verso Corporation included various roles in Finance, holding the position of Senior Financial Analyst at the time of her retirement. As part of her commitment to continuing education, Alita earned both the Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) and the Advanced Certified Credit Union Director (A.CCD) designations through the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Kelsi Seubert

Vice Chair

Kelsi Seubert has been a Board member since 2017. Previously, she held the role of Board Associate. Kelsi currently serves as the Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator at Northcentral Technical College (NTC), where she has articulated the collective narrative of the College since 2014. Prior to her time at NTC, Kelsi spent her career in media at WAOW TV-9. As part of her commitment to continuing education, Kelsi earned both the Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) and the Advanced Certified Credit Union Director (A.CCD) designations through the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Shanna Yonke

Secretary/Treasurer

Shanna Yonke has been a Board member since 2017. She has served as an attorney at Ruder Ware, L.L.S.C., in Wausau, WI, since 2012, where she focuses her law practice on trust, estate, and business succession planning. As part of her commitment to continuing education, Shanna earned both the Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) and the Advanced Certified Credit Union Director (A.CCD) designations through the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Greg Cullen

Director

Greg Cullen joined the Board of Directors in 2022, after serving as Director and Chairman of the Heritage Credit Union Board of Directors for five years. He retired from the United States Air Force and Wisconsin Air National Guard after 27 years of service, and in March 2024 he retired as the Airport Director for the Southern Regional Airport in Janesville, WI. As part of his commitment to continuing education, Greg earned both the Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) and the Advanced Certified Credit Union Director (A.CCD) designations through the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Steven C. Derebey

Director

Steven C. Derebey has been a Board member since 2015. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Air Line Pilots Association Federal Credit Union that merged with Connexus in 2015. Steve retired in 2016 as a Captain at United Airlines after a 42-year career in aviation.

Timothy C. Mulloy

Director

Timothy C. Mulloy joined the Connexus Board of Directors in 2021. Tim’s 35 years of experience at Wausau Insurance included various leadership roles in sales, underwriting, and employee benefits, holding the position of Senior Vice President – Liberty Mutual at the time of his retirement. As part of his commitment to continuing education, Tim earned both the Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) and the Advanced Certified Credit Union Director (A.CCD) designations through the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Michael Parker

Director

Michael Parker joined the Connexus Board of Directors in 2023. He is a principal at MP Squared Group, after previously serving Liberty Mutual Group for 33 years prior to his retirement. He held numerous executive positions including Senior Vice President—Executive Director, Executive Vice President & General Manager of Field Operations, and Senior Vice President of the Central Divisions of Wausau Insurance Companies. Michael also serves on multiple boards in his community, including Chair of the Board of the Lewis University Board of Trustees since 2004.

Michael Prestileo

Director

Michael Prestileo joined the Board in 2021. He has been with Guardian Life’s Group Benefits business since 2020. He currently serves as their Chief Commercial Officer and was formerly the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy, Product, & Underwriting. Prior to that, Michael held senior executive leadership roles at both Lincoln Financial Group and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
