Can I pick up my title at a Connexus office location?

No, Connexus does not hold any titles at their office locations. Depending on the state you live in, you will either receive a paper copy of your title and lien release after your loan is paid off and processed OR Connexus will notify the state of the lien release on your vehicle and the state will then process and mail your title to you on its own timeline.
