What 2FA methods does Connexus offer?

We offer three 2FA methods:

1. SMS (text message): A one-time code is sent to the phone number registered to your Digital Banking account.
2. 2FA App: Download and enable a two-factor authentication application (2FA app) like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Duo. Once linked to your Connexus account, these apps generate a code, which you enter when prompted in Digital Banking.
3. Voice Call: You will receive a phone call (to the phone number registered to your account) with a one-time code.
