What happens if my title is lost in the mail?

If your title is lost in the mail, we can issue you a duplicate lien release. Requests for a duplicate lien release can be made via phone or in writing via mail.

All requests should include the following information:

  • Member’s full name
  • Loan number, if available
  • Vehicle year, make and model
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Mailing address to which title should be sent
  • Lienholder
