What tax forms might I receive?

Possible tax forms include: 1099-C, 1099-INT, 1099-SA, 1099-R, 1098, 1098-E, and 1042S. If applicable, contribution forms for IRAs (5498) and HSAs (5498-SA) will be delivered in May.
