The new online payment platform will be available on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

This new payment platform improves our online loan payment experience and allows members to manage their loans efficiently and conveniently. Our members with loans will enjoy the option to set up automatic payments or make real-time payments — all in an easy-to-navigate, modern platform.

Starting June 6, members can make one-time loan payments through our website without enrolling or setting up an account. If you want to set up recurring loan payments, please log in to or register for Digital Banking.

The last day to make a payment on the current payment platform is Monday June 5, 2023.

Yes, members can set up automatic payments within Digital Banking on or after June 6. Additional instructions for setting up automatic, recurring payments will be available on this page in the coming weeks.

We can accept debit and credit cards. Accepted credit cards include Discover® and MasterCard®. Visa® credit cards cannot be accepted for debt repayment.

To make a one-time loan payment, you will need your Connexus loan number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
