Before submitting a loan payoff, please call our Member Contact Center at 800.845.5025 to receive a payoff quote. This will ensure you are paying off the correct loan amount.
Note for Auto/Recreational Loans: The lien/title release process is expected to take approximately eight calendar days once payment is received. If a title is being mailed from your local DMV/titling agency, we’re not able to account for any additional processing time needed to complete the process.
