You recently took out a loan with our partner FILO. Within your financing agreement, you authorized your Connexus membership.
To become a member of any credit union, you must have a savings account. Since credit unions are owned by their members, this account represents your ownership in Connexus Credit Union.
You will notice your new Connexus share savings account currently has a balance of $5. That $5 was deposited by FILO to help you get started as a Connexus Credit Union member.
Your loan payments will be made to Connexus. Payments can be made online, over the phone, by mail, or at a branch. View all the payment options.
If you choose not to actively use your Connexus savings account, that’s okay. However, Connexus offers some of the nation’s highest deposit yields and competitive loan rates. Check out our rates.

Yes, you will receive statements from Connexus regarding your loan and Membership Savings Account on either a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on your chosen payment method. If you would prefer not to receive paper statements in the mail, here’s how to subscribe to eStatements.
No, we have waived all savings account fees until your loan balance is paid off.
Your Connexus savings account must remain open until your loan balance is paid off. Once the loan is paid off, we will be happy to close your account and send you the remaining balance, if you choose.
In the next 1-5 days, you'll receive an important letter in the mail
that will include your member number. You will need this member number
to register for a Digital Banking account where you can view and make payments on your loan.
While you wait to receive your member number in the mail,
you can submit your proof of insurance to us.
We require you to maintain insurance throughout the life of your loan. Submit your proof of insurance.
