Snapshot is a simple way to peek at your account balances and prior transactions from different mobile devices without having to log in to the Connexus App.
What You Can Do With Snapshot
- See account balances on iPhone® lock screens.
- View account balances before logging in to the Connexus App on your Apple® and Android™ devices.
- Tap an account within Snapshot to view your last five transactions.
- Tap that account again to view that account directly after logging in.
How to Get Started
Setup
Log in to the Connexus App. Go to “Settings” and tap the “Snapshot” tab. Set the on/off switches next to the accounts you want to appear in Snapshot. Then tap “Save.”
To set up Snapshot on your iPhone® lock screen, swipe left on your locked phone, scroll to the bottom, tap edit, and add the Connexus Credit Union widget.
Use
Smartphone: Open the Connexus App and tap “Snapshot” above the username field.
Smartwatch: Just open the Connexus App and Snapshot will open immediately.

Snapshot is only available for Apple® and Android™ smartphones and wearable devices. Laptops and tablets are not compatible with Snapshot.
To use Snapshot, you need to be running one of the two most recent versions of either iOS or Android on your smartphone.
The Apple Watch® (running watchOS 2 or higher) is compatible with Snapshot. Official Android Wear devices (running Android Wear OS 1 or higher) are also compatible with Snapshot.
You can set up to five accounts to be viewable in Snapshot.
Snapshot will show the selected accounts for the member who most recently logged in to the Connexus App.
